The MAG-103 is designed to provide a mounting solution when there is no vertical surface present to mount a balancer to. For example, in shops many times the walls are covered in shelving and deep workbenches. The MAG-103 allows you to have an extension arm out from a wall, or mount directly to a workbench. (NOTE: MAG-1000 is not included)
